World Quality Day

All this week the Chartered Quality Institute have been hosting Loxham Lecture events in order to celebrate World Quality Day.

World Quality Day was set up by the United Nations in 1990 to increase awareness internationally of the importance of quality for the growth and prosperity of a business or country.

The theme of World Quality Day 2010 is “Out of Crisis” focuses on what a fit organisation looks like and the role that quality management professionals play in facilitating fitness.
